SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full credit note or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Before we go ahead, we would feel like we wouldn't be doing our part if we didn't explain how sustainability is always at the forefront of our mind, so we ask before you purchase to look twice, buy once - even though you can return!

 


RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the items arrival date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
 
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at hello@eitanbroude.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping address. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and send it to the provided address. 
 
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 
 
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your credit note or exchange. Please allow at least four (4) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
 
 
EXCEPTIONS    
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

TAXES & DUTIES


Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Australia may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country and we are unable to control these costs or predict their amount. If you refuse a shipment from Eitan Broude PTY LTD, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Eitan Broude PTY LTD. Please note that if you refuse to pay your Import Fees, Eitan Broude PTY LTD will not be able to offer you a refund.
